Requirements

Requirements:

Proven Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Solid understanding of tools such as Terraform and Helm to define, deploy, and manage infrastructure.

Programming Knowledge: Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash/Shell, or similar.

Databases & Storage: Strong understanding of relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and cloud-based storage solutions.

Monitoring & Observability: Good knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to ensure system reliability and performance.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and practices to stay ahead of emerging trends in the industry.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, deployment, and management of high-performance, scalable, and reliable software infrastructure. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from design, product, and technical leads to drive the success of mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable the seamless integration and delivery of applications. Automate manual processes to improve productivity and reliability.

Cloud & Containerization: Work with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker to build and maintain containerized environments and orchestrate cloud-based services.

Observability & Monitoring: Implement observability, metrics collection, and logging solutions (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus) to ensure the performance and reliability of production systems.

Collaboration & Leadership: Lead efforts to build a DevOps culture across teams, sharing knowledge and best practices, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive delivery and innovation.

Security & Compliance: Work to ensure that infrastructure and pipelines are secure, compliant, and meet industry best practices for data privacy and protection.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving production issues, optimize system performance, and reduce downtime.
