Description

Bid Lifecycle Assistant – a highly specialized solution designed to assist the Bid and Sales teams at key stages of the lifecycle of the bid process. This domain-specific solution employs various techniques such as multi-agent GenAI to provide support to the requirements and compliance process, data analysis and tender authoring process. The system is also to support data analytics to facilitate the analysis of trends across the bids in order to support Sales and Product Development teams. This system ensures seamless integration and efficient workflows while maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in AI/ML architecture and solution design, particularly in multi-agent systems and generative AI.
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering AI/ML solutions in complex business environments.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, multi-agent systems, machine learning algorithms, and NLP techniques.
  • Experience with data engineering tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency with frameworks for AI/ML, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud services for deploying AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for presenting analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and projects, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to address complex technical challenges.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is preferred.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the architecture of a domain-specific AI solution that supports the lifecycle of the bid process, including requirements, compliance, and data analysis.
  • Ensure the system is scalable, maintainable, and integrates seamlessly with existing applications.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on best practices for implementing AI and ML models, including multi-agent systems and Natural Language Processing.
  • Lead architectural reviews and feature prioritization sessions to align developments with business objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate discussions between different teams to gather insights and drive alignment on architectural decisions.
  • Oversee the strategy for data collection, storage, and processing to ensure effective data analytics and trend analysis capabilities.
  • Advocate for security and compliance measures in all components of the solution architecture.
  • Develop performance benchmarks for AI models and ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of the system.
  • Address any challenges related to system performance and data handling.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of the architecture, including diagrams, specifications, and data flows.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
