Description

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Design, develop, maintain, and support applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks: Java, Servlet, EJB, JSP, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, Websphere, Spring, MVC, SQL, PL/SQL, Web services, ODM (rules Engine)
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented (OO) design patterns, distributed databases, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Java programming plus one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. AWSW RDS prostgres, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Proven knowledge of end-to-end DevSecOps automation with CI and CD pipelines including quality gates with Unit, Component, Functional, Performance, and Security test automation.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in application development with microservice architectures.
• Good knowledge of HTTP and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of database design fundamentals.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in [Frisco, TX] is 110k/annum to 115k/annum and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. Job responsibilities

• An ideal candidate will have strong expertise in web development and testing practices using open source technologies, with a passion for leveraging the right tools and frameworks to guide the development and testing of stable, robust, and resilient web apps that best serve our customer base
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building large-scale web applications
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile-responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
