We’re on the lookout for a Java Technical Lead who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring and problem-solving. If you love building robust, scalable systems and leading teams to deliver high-impact solutions — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-grade Java applications

Architect scalable solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs

Work closely with DevOps teams on deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA, and UX teams

Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers

Ensure system performance, reliability, and security in cloud environments (preferably AWS)

What You’ll Bring:
8+ years of hands-on development experience in Java / J2EE

Expertise in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices

Solid understanding of API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and design patterns

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and a mentoring mindset

Requirements

1) Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java8 or java 11 development.
2) Tech lead and Hands-on coding to build application on Docker/container environment
3) Architectural high level and low level designing.
4) Exposure to cloud AWS/GCP is ‘ must have’.

• Nice to have experience working in all or mentioned technologies– K8, Istio, Apigee, Google workflow, GCP Secret, Vertex AI

5) Must have exposure to Google Storage , Big Query, Search, Spanner, Big Table. OR similar technologies in other cloud
6) Requirement brainstorming.
7) Work as part of a cross-functional scrum team spread in different timezones.
8) Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to bring product ideas to life.
9) Perform code reviews and design reviews with the team.

Job responsibilities

System designing, development, unit testing, participation in agile ceremonies, participation in status calls and other meetings as per project requirement
