GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced SaaS Implementation Lead with a strong background in managing end-to-end software deployments and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SaaS implementations, along with a proven track record in technical configuration, customer onboarding, and people management.
The role requires a blend of technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Python or PowerShell), coupled with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
In this position, you will lead and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists, oversee the full deployment lifecycle — from planning to go-live — and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. You will also manage escalations, track performance metrics, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements in implementation processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in SaaS implementations, technical configurations, and customer onboarding.
• 5+ years of experience in leading teams or people management
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS deployments, including planning, onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists; ensure timely execution and quality of deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, driving collaboration between internal teams and customers.
• Manage escalations and complex technical issues during implementation.
• Maintain implementation documentation, ensure customer sign-off, and track performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, methodologies, and tools.
