Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality components and services aligned with team and company goals.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, addressing technical debt, system reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance proactively, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently. Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incidents       to ensure prompt resolution.
• Investigate recurring issues to identify root causes and develop long-term preventive solutions.
• Document processes, code, and knowledge to elevate team expertise.
• Promote and adhere to best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience designing and developing end-to-end flows in distributed/microservices architectures.
• Proficient in writing unit tests and producing testable, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent judgment, actively seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to empower team members and enhance collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consistently delivers on sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Tech Stack Knowledge (Preferred):

• Frontend: React, ASP.NET MVC
• Backend: .NET (C#), SQL Server
• Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Playwright
• Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, TeamCity, Octopus, Datadog, SumoLogic

 

Person should be flexible to work in the second shift.
