Description:
Employee Services is a highly skilled internal department that expertly manages all general administrative and facility-related tasks. Our team is involved in various local and global projects, offering an excellent opportunity to join a diverse global team and gain valuable insights into the workings of our department across different GlobalLogic countries. We are actively seeking an Office Deliveries Specialist to manage all deliveries at our Lviv location and perform various administrative tasks with ease and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years in the office work.
- Upper-intermediate English level in writing, reading, speaking.
- Skills in information search and systematization
- Able to cooperate with team members.
- The ability and desire to learn is essential to personal growth and success
- Able to make well-founded decisions
- Customer approach
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with Vendors, including meetings, negotiation, taking part in tenders, etc
- Cooperation with other functions
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Iplementing and maintaining office standards, procedures, and plans using office administrative systems (Google Drive, Google Calendar, ERP, HelpDesk, etc.)
- Providing high-level services (prompt responses, timely help, customer – communication, etc.)
- Performing any tasks from the ES head, not specified in the job description by demand
