You will be responsible for identifying and mapping complex enterprise data sources—including ERP, Ecommerce, and WMS/3PL systems—into robust ingestion pipelines within Azure Databricks. Your mission is to empower our individual brands and the Prestige Leadership team by delivering high-impact PowerBI reporting platforms that drive data-led decision-making across the global organization.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and negotiate.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and solve complex customer and business problems.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and diagrams.

  • Facilitation and ownership skills are a must.
  • Strong experience in change management.
  • Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and planning.

  • Experience in a cross-cultural, multi-team environment.
  • Fluent English — comprehensive written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical leads.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.

Nice to have:

  • PSPO, SAFe, or other Product Owner/Manager certifications are a plus.

Job responsibilities

Perform the core product management/ownership tasks, supporting internal teams and clients, including:

  • Build a delivery roadmap with alignment to the product vision and strategy.
  • Plan releases and monitor progress with a focus on timely commitment.
  • Manage stakeholders, align on priorities, and negotiate scope.
  • Manage requirements — elicitation, analysis, breakdown, and traceability.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional features with decomposition into user stories; manage and prioritize the product backlog for 2–3 Scrum teams; lead and facilitate story refinement.
  • Ensure that all requirements are clear, concise, testable, and aligned with project goals and technical capabilities.
  • Track and report on product feature delivery progress to top-level stakeholders internally and externally (to the client).
  • Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment.
