Job Description
• 8+ years’ experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Extensive experience in QA Automation architecture and engineering in agile environments.
• Strong prior experience building Test Automation frameworks
• Establish and enforce standards for high quality, maintainability and reusability of source code components, libraries, and solutions
• Provides technical leadership to junior team members and enable them to be effective and successful.
• Good in java and extensive Web Services technologies (Rest, OpenAPI, WSDL, SOAP, OAuth), Open Source and 3rd party libraries
• Extensive experience in automation skills like – Selenium, Lambda Test, SauceLabs, Ready API/Postman, Java / Java Script based test automation.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Expert in Cypress or Playwright Framework with Typescript for testing, framework development, and automation.
• Extensive experience in QA Automation architecture and engineering in agile environments.
Above average Programming skills in Python, Core Java, Selenium (for automation scripting).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3) for cloud-based testing environments.
Proficiency in Java for testing, framework development, and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Harness) to automate testing and integrate with build and deployment pipelines.
• Proven experience with Docker for using containerised environments to run tests.
Hands-on expertise with SoapUI for API and web services testing.
• Experience in using LambdaTest for automated cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing test environments using Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and managing tests in Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, debugging, and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques to communicate testing results effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Basic experience with code coverage analysis and reporting using SonarQube to ensure high-quality, test-driven development.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) testing techniques, including evaluating AI/ML models and tools for QA purposes.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning principles as they relate to test automation.
• Ability to drive automation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
