Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
● Strong expertise in Python programming for test automation and scripting.
● Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright,
Cypress, or similar tools.
● Expertise in AI/ML-based tools for QA and automation
● Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
● Knowledge of cloud-based testing and microservices architectures.
Soft Skills:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
● Leadership skills to drive improvements and mentor team members.
Experience:
● 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership
or architect role.
● Proven experience working with Python for automation and AI/ML-based tools for test
case generation or automation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with tools like ChatGPT APIs, or other GenAI-powered utilities.
● Go to have Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Test Automation
Engineer, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Job responsibilities

• Evaluate test cases, scripts, and automation outputs generated by TAAS for accuracy,
completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to TAAS ’s engineering and QA teams to enhance the tool’s
capabilities.
• Ensure test artifacts generated by TAAS align with the overall test strategy and
automation framework of the project.
• Work closely with delivery teams, project stakeholders, and QA leads to ensure generated
test cases meet business and technical needs.
• Define and monitor quality metrics to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of TAAS-
generated outputs.
• Train QA teams to effectively use and validate outputs from TAAS .
• Compare TAAS’s outputs with other market tools to ensure competitive advantage.
