Requirements

We are seeking an experienced QA to design, implement, and lead robust testing strategies and quality engineering solutions across our software systems.
You will play a key role in driving end-to-end quality processes, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure product releases.
Have handled discovery activities in purview of product or change management.

Define and implement QA strategy, automation frameworks, and testing standards.
Manual testing with TESTCOMPLETE TOOL. Experience in this is a MUST
Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Security, and Product teams to ensure quality at every stage of SDLC.
Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and automation across teams.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for faster release cycles.
Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with business needs.
Troubleshoot complex test automation and quality issues.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.

Experience in Java and AWS is a MUST.
Any frontend technology experience will be a plus.

Job responsibilities

5+ years of QA and Manual Test experience.
Hands-on with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, etc.).
Strong experience with API Testing and tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
Proven track record of integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI,Azure DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments(Docker, Kubernetes).
Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left Testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of SDLC, SDET and STLC.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

2. Being upfront and transparent
3. Adhering to Safety, Security and Quality standards from Aerospace Domain perspective
4. Smart Risk Taking and monitoring the risks

Good To Have:
Domain knowledge in Aerospace/Aviation ecosystem.
Knowledge of AI tools and its Pros and cons of using it in an Integrated systems.
