Description:
GlobalLogic would like to invite a Senior Developers to join our clients for Automotive projects in Kosice, Slovakia.
Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars.
Through this solutions you will be able to control the vehicle through Android, check pulse/health and set up safety systems of the vehicle.
Salary: 2805€ – final amount can be higher depending on your level of expertise in required subjects.

Requirements:
Required:
- Strong background of software development in Embedded C++
- Experience using the Android NDK, Android Kotlin
- Experience in Android stack
- Deep Android SDK knowledge
- Experience from working in a Linux environment
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence, Git and CI toolchains
- Experience in modern app architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, refactoring)
- Comfortable with responsibility for the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment; including design, architecture, documentation, implementation as well as verification and validation.
Beneficial:
- Experience within Automotive or Infotainment
- Experience with CarPlay
- Experience with Android Auto
- Experience in Automotive communication buses, CAN, Flexray, SomeIP, etc
- Experience in software development on QNX platform
- Experience in Qualcomm SoC is highly beneficial
- Experience in developing automated unit or integration tests in C++/Java or Python.
- Driver’s license (B-level)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX and stakeholders to define a coherent end-to-end solution.
- Software development in application framework and native layers of Android stack for automotive infotainment systems.
- Together the team assumes responsibility for implementation of complete features, from HMI to HAL, including design, architecture, documentation, implementation, verification and validation.
- Working from the office in Kosice. (1-2 days remote work). The HW is located at the office.
