Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technical team and lead the development and maintenance of our AWS-based infrastructure. You will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and reliable cloud environment using Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and security teams, manage critical services like EKS, RDS, MSK, and Lambda, and ensure visibility and performance through tools like New Relic.

Requirements

Must have:

– AWS Cloud

– Docker (Dockerfile building and maintenance)
– EC2
– ECR
– S3
– RDS (SQL Server and Postgres)
– Application Load Balancer / Network Load Balancer
– Good AWS Networking understanding: VPC, Subnets, Route tables, VPN, Transit Gateways, VPC Peering

– Azure Devops

– Lambdas (Deployment and development desirable)
– Scripting using PowerShell or Python

Job responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage infrastructure on AWS with a focus on automation, reliability, and security.

Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources following IaC best practices.

Operate and optimize AWS services including EKS (Kubernetes), RDS, SQS, MSK, ElastiCache (Redis), and Lambdas.

Configure and maintain VPCs, networking, IAM, and security-related AWS resources.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Monitor infrastructure health and application performance using New Relic and other observability tools.

Troubleshoot incidents and support operational excellence with clear documentation and processes.

Collaborate with developers to align infrastructure with application requirements and performance goals.
