Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the aviation domain and iOS environment.
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of CI/CD systems and Azure DevOps.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Testing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to conduct manual testing of mobile apps and understanding of QA concepts (bugs, test cases, regression tests, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on mission-critical or safety-relevant applications (aviation, navigation, defense, medical).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
• Exposure to geospatial, mapping, or navigation-based applications.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Job responsibilities

As a Senior Tester, you will be part of the QA team responsible for manual testing of mobile applications and you will drive product quality by designing comprehensive test strategies and optimizing workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing test cases, execute tests, and ensuring product quality. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists to improve product quality and streamline the CI/CD process. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, manual testing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Validate functionality, usability, and performance of mobile applications at a high level.
• Test Design: Leading the effort in designing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring overall product quality.
• Execution & Maintenance: Creating, maintaining, and executing manual test scenarios to ensure robust product coverage.
• Defect Management: Identifying, reporting, and retesting defects to maintain product stability.
• Validation: Perform manual testing of mobile applications to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Tool Usage: Work proficiently with tools such as Jira, AIO, GitHub, and Azure.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality mobile deliverables
