Description

We’re seeking a Senior Back-End Developer with strong experience in .NET to join a cross-functional team building high-impact financial software solutions for institutional clients.

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina – Hybrid model (on-site 2 times per week in Las Cañitas, Palermo – CABA)
Type: Full-time, long-term contract
Language: English fluency required (written and spoken)

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of experience in back-end development using .NET (C#)

3+ years of experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server)

Strong understanding and practical application of TDD (Test Driven Development)

Experience writing unit, functional, and integration tests

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Availability to work on-site in Las Cañitas, Palermo – CABA, Buenos Aires two times per week

Nice to Have:

Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React

Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Docker

Experience with GitLab

Familiarity with microservices architecture

AWS or Terraform certifications

Background in finance or investment systems

Job responsibilities

Work closely with investment professionals and engineering peers to understand business needs and deliver robust back-end solutions

Design and develop scalable APIs, data models, and integration with third-party systems

Contribute to discussions and implementation of cloud infrastructure and architecture evolution

Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing

Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and best practices

Ensure test coverage and reliability through TDD practices

Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and platform flexibility
