Description

Global player in the railway sector is looking to create an internal platform aimed to support the Bid and Sales teams during critical stages of the bidding process, as well as to assist to Engineers throughout key phases of the Engineering projects lifecycle.

This solution utilizes various techniques, including multi-agent GenAI, to enhance the requirements and compliance process, facilitate data analysis and tender authoring, provide guidance in engineering, offer technical support, and aid in decision-making. It also generates essential artifacts such as requirements, designs, and tests. Additionally, the solution will enable data analytics to identify trends across bids, supporting the Sales and Product Development teams.

Requirements

The Senior Penetration Tester will lead offensive security assessments across AI-powered applications, APIs, and cloud environments integrated into the RAILA platform. This role requires expertise in traditional penetration testing combined with knowledge of AI security, adversarial testing, and data integrity protection. The position involves close collaboration with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, QA Engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust security measures for AI-driven systems.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of penetration testing experience, including exposure to AI/ML environments.
• Strong understanding of AI security risks.
• Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g. Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap) and AI frameworks (e.g. Haystack, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Ability to script in Python and develop custom testing utilities.
• Experience with dvanced penetration testing methodologies (PTES, OWASP) adapted for AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI attack vectors (model inversion, poisoning, evasion).
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, GCP, AWS) and containerized environments.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

 

Job responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests on AI-enabled applications, APIs, and cloud-based components.
• Conduct adversarial attacks on machine learning models to evaluate resilience against evasion and poisoning techniques.
• Assess security of AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, and deployment environments.
• Develop custom scripts and tools for vulnerability testing.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate secure coding and model hardening practices.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and GenAI Guardrail Policy.
• Deliver detailed reports and remediation strategies for vulnerabilities in AI and traditional systems.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI security best practices.
