Job requirements for PMO  include a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong financial literacy and project management expertise, proficiency in financial and project management tools, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Diversified experience in areas like Annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ability to analyze financial data, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions is highly valued.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary for collaborating with stakeholders and executive reporting.

Skills in organizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and maintaining a high level of accuracy are vital.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery and Finance.

Job responsibilities

Revenue Tracking & Analysis:
Monitoring revenue data, identifying trends, and extracting insights for data-driven decisions to improve revenue growth and retention.

Billing & Invoicing:
Generating, validating, and managing invoices, both system-generated and manual, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Project Management Office Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to established guidelines.
Assist with coordinating PMO events and training sessions.
Handle general administrative tasks as required to support the PMO’s operations.
Administrative Management with Employee Services Division:
Serve as a key liaison between the PMO and the Employee Services Division and IT Support) for administrative matters.
Coordinate with Employee Services on team-related administrative needs and general employee queries.
Facilitate communication and information flow between the PMO and Employee Services to ensure seamless administrative support for the team.

Resource Management:
Responsible for Demand creation , Resource fulfillment & Panel arrangements based on the active demands

Operational parameters:

Tracking operational Metrics, Cost management, Margins, Billing gap, Forecast vs Variance, Band mix analysis, Overrun / Shadow investment 

Reporting:
Generating reports on collections, aged receivables, and recovery progress to provide insights into financial performance.
