Requirements

As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, candidate will be responsible for the expert-level configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.

 

 

Job responsibilities

Expert Configuration and Customization: Perform advanced configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to:

  • Forms, lists, and UI policies
    Business rules, client scripts, and workflows
    Notifications, email scripts, and inbound actions
    Service Catalog items and request workflows
    Knowledge Base articles and workflows
    Reporting and dashboards
    User and group administration
    Integration with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, scripting, and middleware.

 

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
    Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with best practices and business needs.
  • Best Practices and Standards: Adhere to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.

 

  • Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers.  
    Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and share knowledge and best practices within the ServiceNow team.
