Description

We are seeking a Tech Lead (7–10 years) with deep expertise in Snowflake to lead the design, development, and scaling of our enterprise data platform. You will guide a team of engineers, define architecture, and ensure the platform delivers performance, scalability, and compliance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. 7–10 years of software engineering experience, with leadership/mentorship exposure.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in Snowflake (data modeling, optimization, performance tuning, security).
3. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
4. Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Experience in financial services/fintech is a plus.
7. Immediate joiners only.
8. Good-to-have: Experience with Kafka, Debezium, or other real-time data ingestion tools.

Job responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor engineers in building and optimizing large-scale data systems on Snowflake.
2. Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and secure deployments.
5. Stay updated with Snowflake advancements and introduce relevant enhancements to the platform.
