Requirements:
Provides support and monitors enterprise applications and systems.
Provides technical support to teams within the organization, and to external partners when required.
Installs, updates and patches server software per vendor and enterprise guidelines.
Facilitates remediation of security vulnerabilities through configuration of on-prem and cloud-based assets as well as via installation of software applications and components.
Interacts with vendors and support teams.
Incident investigation and escalation, troubleshooting issues with systems and software.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with both Windows and RedHat/Unix based servers as well as cloud-based VM ware.
