Description

We are seeking a strategic and process-oriented Delivery & Ops Enablement Team Lead to drive efficiency and capability building within our delivery organization. In this role, candidate will lead a team focused on structuring knowledge, standardizing operational workflows, and producing high-impact visual reporting.
Candidate will act as an internal consultant, utilizing advanced Google Workspace skills and market research to transform raw operational data into compelling narratives for RFPs, Business Reviews, and best-practice collaterals & playbooks that empower our delivery leaders and teams to excel.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience
Total Experience: 8 to 10 years in IT/Consulting/Operations.
Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years in Enablement, Sales Operations, PMO, or Strategy Consulting.
Education: MBA or B.Tech/B.E with strong operational/business acumen.
Tech Proficiency:
Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides (Ability to create „consulting-grade“ slides, master templates, and visual flowcharts).
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (Data analysis, pivot tables, linking data to slides).
Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools (SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 Contribute to Knowledge Management & Best Practices (Core Focus)
o Centralized Repository: Own the architecture and maintenance of the organization’s knowledge base (e.g., standard operating procedures, delivery playbooks, case study libraries).
o Asset Creation: Develop and share reusable knowledge assets to ensure consistency across delivery teams.
Process Standardization: Document and refine best practices to improve team efficiency and reduce redundancy in operational workflows.
o Internal Knowledge Sharing: Champion a learning culture by conducting internal sessions to disseminate new processes, tools, and market insights to the delivery workforce.

 Visual Storytelling & Strategic Reporting (Google Focus)
o Executive Reporting: Design and structure high-stakes presentations for internal leadership, including Business Reviews, Monthly Ops Reviews, and strategic roadmaps using Google Workspace
o RFP Delivery Capability Showcase: Design and own the „Delivery Excellence“ sections of external RFPs and pitch decks, visually translating our operational methodologies, governance models, and success stories into convincing assets that help Pre-Sales win mandates.
o Visualizing Complexity: Transform complex operational metrics and workflows into clear, intuitive visual diagrams and narratives for non-operational stakeholders.
o Template Governance: Create and enforce the use of standardized templates for delivery reporting to ensure brand and data consistency.

 Market Research & Operational Intelligence
o Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry standards and operational trends to benchmark our delivery performance against competitors and market leaders.
o Tool & Trend Analysis: Research emerging tools and methodologies (e.g., AI in operations, Agile trends) and recommend adoptions that drive efficiency.
o Problem Solving: Use research skills to identify gaps in current delivery processes and propose data-backed solutions.

 Stakeholder Management – Senior Leadership
o Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, interpreting operational data to support strategic decision-making and resource planning.
o Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between Delivery & Sales, ensuring that operational realities are accurately reflected in business planning and external pitches.
o Review Governance: Manage the cadence and quality of leadership reviews, ensuring that all data presented to Senior Management is accurate, visually coherent, and narrative-driven.
