Description

The project aims to develop the next-gen Specimen Transportation System. Our team is involved in the simulation, design, and implementation cycle for the future Specimen Transportation System.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded software development projects, including at least 1 year in a Technical Lead or Product Owner role.
  • Proven, hands-on knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, specification preparation, and ongoing management.
  • Strong skill set in translating client needs and high-level concepts into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Experience with strategic roadmap planning and effective product backlog management.
  • A strong capacity to analyze and comprehend complex architecture and design documentation.
  • Proficiency in communicating complicated technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation coupled with a proactive „getting things done“ attitude.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer

Job responsibilities

  • Requirements Management: Utilize Customer and SMEs documentation as the primary source for requirements. Establish and execute Business Analysis processes, perform in-depth requirements analysis, and lead the team in work breakdown and scope decomposition.
  • Team Enablement and Guidance: Create detailed work items with clear timelines and expectations aligned with client goals and best practices. Guide the development process, conduct scope refinements and reviews with developers, and clearly articulate acceptance criteria. Proactively identify and help the team resolve roadblocks.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and the project knowledge base. Gather crucial information during stakeholder meetings to produce useful reports and meeting notes.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Handle technical communication with engineering teams and customers, establish and drive key project meetings, including:
    – Requirements Clarification Sessions
    – Iteration Review Meetings with the Customer
    – Daily Stand-ups
    – Backlog Refinement Sessions
    – Planning and Retrospective Meetings with the team
