We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with Pharma domain expertise and Data Platform experience to lead the development of scalable data products that support pharmaceutical operations, analytics, and digital transformation. Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data platforms and data products.
• Translate business and pharma operational requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
• Work closely with engineering and analytics teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria definition
Data Platform & Technical Responsibilities
• Drive development of data ingestion, transformation, and data delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with data architects on data lake, data warehouse, and cloud data platform strategies.
• Define data governance, data quality, and metadata standards.
• Ensure integration across enterprise systems, APIs, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Support use cases such as advanced analytics, real-world evidence, patient insights, and operational reporting.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and data teams.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and roadmap updates to leadership.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience with:
o Data Lakes / Data Warehouses
o ETL / ELT pipelines
o APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with tools such as:
o BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Product & Agile
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Skilled in user story writing, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
