Join our QA/AQA Trainee Program.

This intensive 3-month experience is designed for students and aspiring professionals eager to launch their careers in software testing. Throughout the program, you will gain practical experience in both manual and automated testing.
You will build a strong foundation in QA processes and tools. You will develop the skills needed to confidently take your first steps into the tech industry

Requirements

• Availability to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, with a minimum of 6 hours per day (ideally 8 hours).
• Basic understanding of software testing theory and QA concepts.
• Interest in manual testing and test automation.
• Basic knowledge of Java.
• Basic understanding of OOP concepts.
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to learn new things at a rapid pace.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude

Job responsibilities

• Join our QA / AQA Trainee Program and learn directly from senior team members.
• Learn how to cooperate in teams using AGILE methodology.
• Learn about various testing tools and methodologies used in the industry.
• Gain hands-on experience in manual testing and test automation activities.
• Analyze requirements and help identify scenarios suitable for testing and automation.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
• Participate in bug fix verification and patch release testing.
• Assist in the execution of automated test cases under supervision to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to UI, service/integration, and basic automated testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
