Requirements

• Availability to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, with a minimum of 6 hours per day (ideally 8 hours).
• Proven troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
• Good programming skills with an understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Basic knowledge of relational database administration.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to learn new things at a rapid pace.
• Adaptability to new languages, platforms, and frameworks.
• Constant consideration for self-improvement.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude.

Job responsibilities

• Learn directly from experienced developers and gain the hands-on skills needed to become an expert yourself.
• Learn how to cooperate in teams using AGILE methodology.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and asking questions to enhance understanding.
• Gain hands-on experience in team collaboration using the AGILE methodology.
• Develop applications end-to-end while exploring the integration of AI technologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Support the integration of new features into existing software applications.

• Support the testing and debugging processes to ensure software quality and functionality.
