Description
The Business Process Analyst / Technical Writer develops, standardizes, and governs engineering policies and procedures across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to document clear, auditable processes, maintain process compliance, and support internal and external audits. Acting as the custodian of critical engineering documentation, the role ensures processes are current, accessible, and consistently applied company-wide.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or process management within an engineering or IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong writing and documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and formal policies, procedures, and process flows
- Proven experience facilitating cross-functional discussions to define and document business processes
- Knowledge of process governance, internal controls, and audit support activities
- Ability to independently manage documentation initiatives from planning through publication and ongoing maintenance
- Hands-on experience with documentation and workflow tools, including Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Jira

- Perform internal process audits and approve just-in-time privileged access requests.
