Description
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
Must :
Primary : C# ; Secondary : Java
Architect and Design is must
Optional: Does NOT need to master web interface languages like JavaScript and TypeScript, nor languages like R and Python
Team lead skills: Very core positions with strong team leading skills
Team education skills: Needs to be able to mentor a team member to analyze architecture, problems, and draft solutions on the whiteboard, with the mentored leaving wiser and sometimes proud of having found out that he or she could do more than he or she knew; I think of this as a kind of midwifery of implicit talent.
Collaboration skills: A person with natural authority and no tendency to compete with technical peers, rather the opposite, curious openness in learning from them. The team is collaborative in the extreme because the nature of our product is man-machine integration in intuitive workflows, and it takes high levels of team work to achieve this and avoid the detrimental effects of Conway’s law.
Architecture skills: Master both server and client side development, and standard communication protocols
Deep security skills are essentials
Process oriented:
We will train everyone onboarded in our Quality Management System (QMS), that is our implementation of ISO 9001.
This senior role will take onboard the team’s work by a review process in our QMS similar to how a company makes acquisitions. The role will also include working with business leaders in improving that process over time, as we learn, and with feedback from the everyone including the Maintenance team
