Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Core Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Java 17+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
Architecture: Proven expertise in Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).
Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable applications natively on AWS.
Product Engineering Mindset: Strong product-handling knowledge, with a track record of transforming abstract product roadmaps into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
Data Management: Solid experience with both SQL databases and NoSQL document stores (specifically MongoDB).
Frontend Familiarity: Good to have working knowledge or integration experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular.
Tools & Practices: Expert command over Git, CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and rigorous Agile methodologies.
Leadership & Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, code optimization, and analytical skills, combined with natural technical leadership and communication abilities.
Requirements
DevOps Ownership: Drive CI/CD automation, pipeline health, deployment configurations, and infrastructural designs across AWS environments.
Agile Execution & Delivery: Champion clear Agile processes, actively leading sprint planning, task estimation, backlog refinement, and delivery milestones.
Mentorship & Team Growth: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, run knowledge-sharing sessions, and elevate the engineering excellence of the entire team.

Job Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Coding: Design, write, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency applications using Java 17+ and modern frameworks, spending a significant portion of time actively hands-on.
Solution Designing: Partner with enterprise architects and stakeholders to create end-to-end architectural designs, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Product Collaboration & Lifecycle: Translate business roadmaps from Product Owners into modular engineering tasks, proactively identifying technical risks and balancing technical debt with product feature delivery.
Event-Driven Architecture: Build, manage, and optimize asynchronous, event-driven workflows and microservices using messaging platforms and cloud-native integration tools.
Code Quality & PR Reviews: Direct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement static code analysis to maintain clean, reliable, and testable code.
Database & Frontend Integration: Architect data layers using SQL and MongoDB, and collaborate with or guide frontend developers integrating backend services with React or Angular components.
