Review code, enforce standards, and guide improvements in architecture and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Mentor engineers, manage task priorities, and ensure on-time delivery of key modules.
Drive root-cause analysis and provide long-term fixes for complex system issues.
Handle stakeholder communication and support technical decision-making across the team.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of hands-on experience in C++ system-level development.
  • Strong experience with Linux internals, multithreading, and distributed component design.
  • Proven ability to handle large, performance-critical, memory-sensitive systems.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and delivering major technical modules or platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-handling capabilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of C++-based media streaming and playback systems.
  • Build and optimize multimedia pipelines using GStreamer, FFmpeg, and DRM frameworks.
  • Architect and maintain Linux system components, including IPC, services/daemons, and boot-up flows.
  • Perform advanced debugging: core dumps, memory issues, performance bottlenecks, and network-related defects.
  • Ensure high-quality builds, CI/CD integration, and thorough test coverage.
