Requirements
Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development (Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce.)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud site development.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and named credentials.
- Familiarity with custom metadata types, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), and platform events.
AI Knowledge
- Practical understanding of Prompt Engineering and Salesforce Einstein capabilities.
Certifications
- Platform Developer I (PDI) required; Salesforce AI Associate is a major plus.
Technical Stack
- SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, and VS Code.
Data Integrity
- Experience with data modeling and maintaining high-quality data for AI consumption.
Language & Culture
- Native or Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 preferred); experience with Japanese business “Hou-Ren-So” reporting culture.

- Client Presence: As this role requires in-person attendance at client sites in Tokyo, candidates should demonstrate a high level of “Business Manner” (mana-), including professional attire and punctuality.
- Precision & Quality: A “zero-defect” mindset is essential for the Japanese market. You are expected to prioritize thorough testing and documentation to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborative Communication: The ability to explain AI governance and the Einstein Trust Layer clearly to non-technical stakeholders is vital for building long-term client trust.
Job responsibilities
- Custom Development: Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- AI Implementation: Configure and customize Einstein features, including Prompt Builder and Einstein Copilot, to automate routine tasks.
- System Integration: Manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ensure data flows seamlessly into Data Cloud for AI-ready reporting.
- Declarative & Programmatic: Balance the use of “Low-Code” tools with complex Apex triggers and classes to ensure platform stability.
- Governance: Maintain the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure AI usage remains secure, ethical, and grounded in our business data.
- Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver secure, performant solutions.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation as per project standards.
- Client Engagement: Attend in-person client meetings in Tokyo to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and lead AI demonstrations.
