Our client is a performance rights organization in the United States. It collects blanket license fees from businesses that use music, entitling those businesses to play or sync any songs from the client’s repertoire of over 22.4 million musical works. On a regular basis, the client distributes the money to songwriters, composers, and music publishers as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Solid experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and customizations.
- Experience developing and supporting Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Knowledge, and Omni-Channel capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools including Flow Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Dynamic Forms.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, and Platform Events.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Understanding of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Experience working with Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Data Migration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification(mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based project management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and application security best practices.
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and customize standard Salesforce features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Service Console.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Develop and maintain Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative automation components.
- Implement secure and efficient data models, sharing models, and role hierarchies.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support deployment activities and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
