OVERVIEW:
This project focuses on integrating modern AI technologies into GPU-based Data Center (AI Factory) operational management. The Security Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that the unified real-time data platform and its applications are secure, resilient, and trustworthy by design.

YOUR PROFILE:
You are a Principal Security Engineer with hands-on experience securing complex, distributed, and cloud-native systems. You are comfortable operating across teams and layers — from application security to cloud and platform-level concerns — and you know how to balance strong security posture with delivery speed.
Learning is a natural part of your workday. You actively keep up with modern security threats, architectures, and mitigation techniques, especially in AI-enabled platforms, real-time data systems, and large-scale infrastructure environments. You treat security as a product enabler, not a blocker.
You enjoy working closely with architects, DevOps, and engineering teams and understand that effective security is built through design decisions, shared responsibility, and clear trade-offs. You recognize that many security challenges are organizational as much as technical.
Besides all of that, you’re not afraid to go out of your comfort zone.
Required:
• 7+ years of experience in security-focused engineering roles, with hands-on responsibility for production systems
• Proven experience securing cloud-native, distributed systems (application + platform level)
• Strong background in secure software development (threat modeling, secure APIs, secrets management, encryption)
• Practical experience with cloud security (AWS or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and access control in large systems
• Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to assess security risks and define pragmatic, implementable mitigation strategies
• Experience collaborating with multiple engineering teams and influencing architecture decisions
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to explain risks and trade-offs to non-security stakeholders
Desirable experience:
• Experience designing or influencing security architecture for platform or infrastructure products
• Familiarity with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Experience working with real-time data platforms or data-intensive systems
• Exposure to AI-enabled systems or GPU-based infrastructure
• Experience aligning security practices with enterprise standards and audits (without being compliance-driven)
Job responsibilities
THE CHALLENGE:
Own and drive security across AI-enabled and traditional applications built on top of a real-time data platform supporting modern GPU-based Data Centers.
You will work across two engineering teams, as well as architecture and DevOps functions, to embed security into system design, development, and operations. The role focuses on defining security patterns, reviewing architecture and implementations, identifying risks early, and ensuring the platform is secure by design and resilient in production.
This is a senior, high-impact role with real influence on architecture, engineering practices, and long-term security posture.
