Description

Supplier collaboration platform for ocherstrating of construction’s heavy work for US-based partner.

This cloud-based platform built on the mix of technologies and increases collaboration between contractors and project owners, and their heavy material suppliers, producers and haulers. It facilitates every step in the workflow from initial orders through to paying the final bill. In addition to this platform has advanced mechanisms for revealing insights collected from a variety of sources, including IoT devices, telematics, jobsite tech, production automatics, etc. Collected analytics help making better business decisions, operate more efficiently, and see actionable info in real time.

Users interact with the platform using web and mobile applications running Apple iOS and Android devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst or production analyst role, ideally supporting SaaS or industrial products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with time-series, operational, or industrial IoT data.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical insights to varied audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to link data analysis to strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across functions.
  • Familiarity with concrete production, process control, or manufacturing analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with COMMANDbatch or similar systems is helpful but not required.

Job responsibilities

The candidate should be able to work with US teams (dev teams and stakeholders) till 7-8pm UA time. They can start the day late so that they don’t have to regularly work for extra hours.

The Data Analyst will work alongside the Product and Engineering teams to evaluate the real-time performance of Command Alkon’s Batch AI product across live production environments. This role will interpret operational and device-level data to identify performance trends, support AI model training, and drive insights that inform product enhancements. The analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data-driven decision-making for concrete batching optimization.

– Analyze batching data and device-level feed cycle logs to measure product effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize analysis workstreams aligned to Batch AI roadmap goals.
– Design and maintain performance dashboards and reporting models that track KPIs such as batching accuracy, material waste, and device performance.
– Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
– Participate in data review sessions and cross-functional planning meetings to guide development decisions.
– Assist in defining product improvements and user stories based on trends in AI behavior and system performance.
– Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and plant operators.
– Ensure all data processing and interpretation complies with internal accuracy standards and customer requirements.
