Description

Facility Management technology platform, including integrated SaaS software and mobile apps serving facility management, maintenance management, service dispatch, and field service management organizations of all sizes. The platform delivers real-time visibility into and control of the quality and cost of building and field service operations.

Requirements

  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

Job responsibilities

  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Strong ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
  • Hands-on experience with product backlog management: prioritization, refinement, iteration planning, and user story elaboration
  • Solid understanding of value-driven delivery: ability to define business value, prioritize features, and align work with product strategy
  • Experience creating and managing user stories, epics, themes, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and coordinate product releases and manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability to identify, mitigate, and resolve impediments impacting Sprint or Release goals
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, user analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, priorities, and product direction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
