Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, agentic AI systems, strong background in full-stack development, large-scale internet services, and a proven track record of rapidly delivering AI/ML solutions into production. Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development (Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud site development.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and named credentials.
  • Familiarity with custom metadata types, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), and platform events.
    AI Knowledge
  • Practical understanding of Prompt Engineering and Salesforce Einstein capabilities.
    Certifications
  • Salesforce AI Associate is a major plus.
    Technical Stack
  • SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, and VS Code.
    Data Integrity
  • Experience with data modeling and maintaining high-quality data for AI consumption.
    Must have
  • Salesforce cloud + contact center experience
  • Significant experience in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce Bulk API
  • Experience building or integrating with REST APIs.
  • Experience building API specs, client libraries, and documentation for other development teams.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (or other cloud cert such as Sales Cloud, Field Service, Nonprofit Cloud).

Job responsibilities

• Custom Development: Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• AI Implementation: Configure and customize features, including Prompt Builder and Einstein Copilot, to automate routine tasks.
• System Integration: Manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ensure data flows seamlessly into Data Cloud for AI-ready reporting.
• Declarative & Programmatic: Balance the use of “Low-Code” tools with complex Apex triggers and classes to ensure platform stability.
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver secure, performant solutions.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation as per project standards.
