Description
GlobalLogic seeking a skilled and customer-focused AI/ML Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role serves as a key technical contact for customers using cutting-edge AI/ML products and services, particularly in any cloud environments. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and guide customers through technical challenges related to ML model performance, deployment, infrastructure, and API integration.
Requirements
- 1+ years of practical experience working with NetSuite ERP and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms with familiarity with model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Applied knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Dialogflow.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Passion for helping customers succeed with complex AI technologies.
- Strong communicator with a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
Job responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support to customers using AI/ML services, resolving complex issues related to model performance, deployment, and infrastructure.
- Act as a trusted advisor on implementing Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow in production-grade AI/ML applications.
- Guide customers on best practices for model development, lifecycle management, and integration into cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to escalate unresolved issues and advocate for customer-focused product improvements.
- Create and maintain clear, technical documentation, support materials, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-based ML platforms to support evolving customer needs.
