Description
GlobalLogic is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Trainer to plan, organize, and manage technical training and
onboarding programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of training sessions, track participant progress, and contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ Experience with Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or HR/Training).
- Experience in training coordination or program administration, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for training improvement.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotationalshifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
Job responsibilities
- Plan and schedule technical training sessions focused on incident ownership, resolution, and communication skills, including room
bookings and virtual meeting setup. - Coordinate logistical arrangements for technical training delivery, ensuring all necessary resources and tools are available.
- Manage distribution of technical training materials and access credentials to participants.
- Oversee logistical aspects of technical onboarding, including system access and introductions to relevant teams.
- Create and manage user accounts on learning platforms relevant to technical training programs, troubleshooting access issues as needed.
- Track participant attendance and progress in training and onboarding programs.
- Gather and analyze training data (participation, feedback, assessment scores) to monitor program effectiveness.
- Generate reports evaluating the impact of training programs on key metrics, such as time to proficiency in incident resolution.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify training gaps related to technical incident management and implement targeted interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technical training programs and recommend improvements to content and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal knowledge bases and training resources based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
