Join our team as a Mid or Senior HMI Developer with Java and work on a project in which we are developing features for the most modern Infotainment in the area of Media, Tuner, and Smartphone integration for premium European cars. Your daily work would include defining requirements, designing subsystems and features, implementing and testing on real hardware.
Take up the challenge and work on prototypes that are not yet available on the market and will shop up in cars in 2 years!
Requirements
- Around 4 years of experience in software programming (design and coding) using Java
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with microprocessors, emulators, debuggers, etc.
- Solid understanding of algorithms/performance tuning
- Adaptability to quickly learn new and complicated toolchain
- Ability to analyze, understand, develop, test and debug software applications
- Experience with Python
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have:
- Around 2 years of experience with HMI development of instrument cluster or HUD display
Job Responsibilities
- Executing software development of HMI-related changes for Instrument clusters and heads-up display
- Participating in the entire software development cycle depends on the need of the project (spec, design, coding and testing)
- Proposing solutions depending on prevailing trends and technology developments
- Creating project documentation
- Following the Automotive SPICE model
- Clarifying requirements
