We are looking for a Project Manager in Lviv with a strong Scrum background who is ready to grow in a meaningful healthcare project.
You’ll be joining a team that builds advanced digital health solutions for the medical device and clinical trials industry.
The platform enables:
– collection and integration of clinical data from patients and healthcare professionals
– flexible participation in trials (on-site & remote)

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management (or similar coordination roles)
- Hands-on experience with Scrum (3 years) and understanding of Agile practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand development processes
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
Nice to have:
- Background in Business Analysis or product-oriented mindset
- Previous engineering experience (Development or QA)
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate a Scrum team working on a Windows Desktop application within a larger EMR ecosystem
- Ensure smooth sprint execution and support the team in delivering according to the roadmap
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and help resolve blockers
- Support product quality by following and improving development processes
- Collaborate with distributed development and QA teams across related applications
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvements
- Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders
