Description

We are looking for a Project Manager in Lviv with a strong Scrum background who is ready to grow in a meaningful healthcare project.

You’ll be joining a team that builds advanced digital health solutions for the medical device and clinical trials industry.
The platform enables:

– collection and integration of clinical data from patients and healthcare professionals
– flexible participation in trials (on-site & remote)
– improved data accessibility and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management (or similar coordination roles)
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum (3 years) and understanding of Agile practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand development processes
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

 

Nice to have:

  • Background in Business Analysis or product-oriented mindset
  • Previous engineering experience (Development or QA)

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate a Scrum team working on a Windows Desktop application within a larger EMR ecosystem
  • Ensure smooth sprint execution and support the team in delivering according to the roadmap
  • Track delivery progress, identify risks, and help resolve blockers
  • Support product quality by following and improving development processes
  • Collaborate with distributed development and QA teams across related applications
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvements
  • Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders
