Description

Our client is an award-winning workforce and human capital management SaaS company, supporting hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers across the US. Senior care facilities are facing unprecedented workforce challenges. Our client provides a time-tested, industry-specific platform that allows providers to harness the power of real-time data, proactively manage their workforce, and improve measures of care quality and reimbursement, reduce costs associated with overstaffing and excess overtime, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

We are looking for system performance experts who can help us stress test both front-end activities and, most importantly, large-scale background processes such as payroll runs, while optimizing I/O. 

The specialists should have extensive experience in:

• Microsoft Azure databases
• Optimizing Redis caching and SQL queries (including indexing, query plans, and concurrency control)
• Network optimization (e.g., compressing front-end assets, minimizing payload size to the application server)
• Performance testing at scale (load, stress, soak testing; identifying bottlenecks under peak conditions)
• Fine-tune for scalability (horizontal scaling, load balancing, partitioning/sharding strategies)
• Asynchronous processing (job queues, batch processing, event-driven architectures)
• Database performance tuning (connection pooling, replication, failover strategies)
• Observability (metrics, logging, tracing, APM tools) to proactively detect and resolve issues
• Following strict governance on PII data.

Experience with agentic tools is a plus, but not required.
