We are seeking a skilled Boomi Integration Developer to join our core integration team. In this role, you will work within an engagement team to define, design, develop, deliver, and support robust integration processes on the Boomi platform, seamlessly connecting multiple Cloud and On-Premise applications.
The ideal candidate will develop all integrations in accordance with established coding standards, naming guidelines, and the defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process. This role requires a strong technical background, a knack for solving complex integration scenarios, and the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when collaborating with business stakeholders and onsite coordinators.

Experience & Background
Total Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional IT work experience.
Boomi Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with the Boomi Platform, spanning at least 2–3 full delivery engagements.
Core Software Development: 2+ years of experience in software delivery/development (Java/JEE background strongly preferred).
Specific Systems: Proven hands-on experience with Workday integration via Boomi is required.

Job Responsibilities
Integration Development & Workflow: Design, build, deploy, and manage highly scalable, high-volume A2A and B2B integration workflows using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
End-to-End Delivery: Perform requirement analysis, environment setup, process design, configuration, testing (Unit and System Integration Testing), deployment, and post-go-live Hypercare activities.
Technical Documentation: Implement technical documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and architecture specifications based on high-level designs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact directly with business users, clients, and onsite coordinators to gather requirements, drive stakeholder meetings, and make design/architecture recommendations.
Data Transformation & Mapping: Analyze source and target system data to perform gap analysis and execute complex mapping transformations across various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI).
Production Support & Maintenance: Provide expert support for production interfaces, managing error handling, exception logging, and document flow/caching troubleshooting.
