  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting skills — able to analyze logs and identify issues across systems
  • Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Airflow, Gerrit and github
  • Experience with Gerrit configuration or code review workflows
  • Python skills for automation and tooling
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

 

Meritorious qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale CI environments
  • Familiarity with test infrastructure and release support
  • Experience in DevOps or platform support roles

職務内容

As a CI Nurse Engineer, you are responsible for keeping the Software Factory healthy and running. You work closely with CI developers and platform teams to monitor pipelines, support users, and ensure smooth software delivery.
The role is highly operational and hands-on, combining troubleshooting, automation, and collaboration. You act as a first responder for CI-related issues, ensuring problems are quickly identified, communicated, and resolved or escalated when needed.

  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and test flows to ensure stability and availability
  • Perform CI “nursing” – both manual support and automated monitoring
  • Investigate failures across builds, tests, Jenkins, Gerrit, and environments to identify root causes
  • Act as first-line support for CI issues, coordinating and escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with CI developers and infra teams to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability
  • Contribute to automation of support workflows (auto-nursing)
  • Support configuration and usage of tools such as Gerrit and Jenkins within the CI ecosystem
