Our client is a performance rights organization in the United States. It collects blanket license fees from businesses that use music, entitling those businesses to play or sync any songs from the client’s repertoire of over 22.4 million musical works. On a regular basis, the client distributes the money to songwriters, composers, and music publishers as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications using Node.js, Express, React
Solid experience with Node.js and React. - Experience in upgrading Node.js version
- Proven track record with Express.js routing, middleware design, error handling, and API security best practices.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and development
- Proficiency in cloud deployment technologies, with a preference for Azure
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab branching workflows, and pull request reviews.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, a product-minded attitude, and clear technical communication skills.
- Fluent in English
職務内容
- Help identify, scope, and migrate legacy features to modern stacks using Node.js
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- Architect and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data integrations using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- System Integration: Connect third-party services, and external APIs with secure authorization mechanisms.
- Ensure code quality through thoughtful practices, including unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation
- Proactively identify ways to reduce complexity or improve performance across the system
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize front-end rendering speed and back-end throughput for high traffic applications.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions within an Agile framework.
