The Generative AI Platform project leverages cutting-edge AI and ML technologies to develop and deploy cloud-agnostic Gen AI applications on demand and enable users to create custom solutions for Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, and Customer Service use cases. Fully managed RAG workflow including ingestion, retrieval, and augmentation of data, securely connected to many types of information consolidated and aggregated from multiple sources. The Platform’s ultimate goal is to deliver the user-friendly LLM as a Service Model (LLMaaS) trained on internal company resources, which contributes to the adoption of AI among multiple consumers across the business.

• Proven experience designing and implementing RBAC and/or ABAC models.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including identity lifecycle, authentication, and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with directory services like Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Proficiency with authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Go).
• Experience with commercial or open-source IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Keycloak).
• Familiarity with cloud IAM services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security implications.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, GIAC). – Not mandatory

職務内容

• Design and build a scalable IAM platform from the ground up, incorporating modern RBAC and ABAC principles.
• Integrate the IAM platform with a wide range of identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other third-party providers.
• Develop and maintain access control policies, roles, and rules to ensure the principle of least privilege is enforced across all applications and infrastructure.
• Automate identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure new and existing systems are integrated securely with the IAM framework.
• Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using standard protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex access control issues, providing support to end-users and system administrators.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM architecture, policies, and procedures.
