We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to manage and support operational and project-based activities.

This role is vital to the success of our team, ensuring that projects run efficiently, deadlines are met and business operations function smoothly.

An excellent coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Since this role requires frequent collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, strong communication abilities are a top priority to ensure clarity and effective teamwork across the organization.

A significant part of your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation such as reports, case studies and operational documents using Google Docs.

You will also develop and deliver presentations using Google Slides to effectively communicate project updates, key points and strategic insights to stakeholders at various levels.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly and maintain organization will be critical in driving successful project execution and adding maximum value to the organization.

  • Upper Intermediate English or higher
  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear, professional business communication in both writing and speaking.
  • Proficient in using basic formulas in Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating presentations in Google Slides with a mix of text and visuals.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Managing Processes, Reporting and Documentation, Process Improvement, Reporting Skills, Client Relationships

職務内容

  • Support teams with various administrative tasks (people management, procurement, logistics etc.).
  • Review and analyze case studies, highlight key points and present them in well-structured formats using Google Slides; assist in preparing reports and presentation materials that effectively combine text and visuals.
  • Work with project and financial management processes.
  • Ensure accurate monthly project tracking and invoicing.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Be responsible for team building and other team events organization.
  • Resolve administrative issues through detailed analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing clear, effective solutions with a strong attention to detail.
