必要条件
- 5+ years in solution architecture, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or related technical consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of Teams Phone, Teams Phone Extensibility (TPE), and Real-Time Voice Agents.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Azure Communication Services, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong development skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, Power Platform, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to engage directly with customers and lead technical workshops and solution reviews.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- AI-102 / 103 Azure AI Engineer Associate
- AI-900 Microsoft AI Fundamentals
- PL-200 or PL-400 Power Platform Certifications
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI related certifications
- Experience in Voice AI, Contact Center AI, and conversational AI platforms
職務内容
- Design end-to-end architectures for Voice AI, conversational AI, and agentic solutions across the Microsoft cloud.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions with customers and partners.
- Build and deploy real-time voice agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Teams Phone Extensibility, and Azure AI services.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration solutions integrating CRM, ERP, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Provide forward deployed engineering support, rapidly prototyping and productionizing customer solutions.
- Define governance, compliance, security, observability, and operational readiness frameworks for enterprise AI deployments.
- Create reusable templates, accelerators, demos, and reference architectures.
- Support partner readiness through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and deployment assistance.
- Act as the technical bridge between customers, partners, engineering teams, and product groups.
- Build and design Agentic solution architecture solutions to drive Voice AI deployments
