The role involves conducting safety analyses, guiding system architecture from a safety perspective, and supporting safety validation and audits across the development lifecycle

必要条件

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive functional safety or system engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and functional safety lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience in performing HARA, FMEA, FTA, and DFA.
• Experience in developing safety cases and supporting safety audits.
• Good understanding of automotive embedded systems and architectures.

職務内容

• Performing Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) to identify and evaluate potential safety risks.
• Driving safety analysis activities such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), and DFA (Dependent Failure Analysis).
• Gathering, reviewing, and maintaining safety analysis and test reports across the project lifecycle.
• Guiding system and software architecture to ensure compliance with functional safety requirements.
• Supporting safety verification and validation activities to ensure systems meet defined safety goals.
• Preparing and maintaining safety case documentation, including evidence required for compliance.
• Supporting ISO 26262 assessments, audits, and reviews (internal and external).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including system, software, hardware, and validation teams to ensure safety integration.
• Ensuring traceability of safety requirements from concept to validation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of safety processes and methodologies.
