As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent for our organization. You will drive the recruitment process for most critical roles, develop recruitment strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process. Your expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to the company’s success by building a high-performing and diverse workforce.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of complex recruitment initiatives.
  • Proven experience staffing across multiple CEE countries (Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania or similar markets).
  • Strong understanding of CEE labor market dynamics, compensation trends, and cultural specifics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and verbal).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

職務内容

  • Work closely with Delivery Management to understand hiring needs, forecast future talent requirements, and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing methods, candidate outreach, employer branding, and advertising channels for business-critical positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a high quality of hires and cultural fit.
  • Being expert in industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify talent pools, anticipate hiring challenges, and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the recruitment process to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth end-to-end candidate journey within selection and hiring process for top positions in the company
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and the recruitment team, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Resourcing, Marketing, L&D, as well as Delivery Management to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational objectives across EMEA.
  • Develop and implement recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand through effective storytelling, social media presence, employee testimonials, and participation in industry events to attract top talent and promote a positive company culture.
