5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proficient in requirements management and requirements elicitation
Familiar with strategic frameworks and canvases.
Experienced in using BPM tools (Lucidchart, Bizagi, or other) for process modeling and documentation.
Experience with AI powered tools and products
Strong grasp of Generative AI concepts and applications in business processes.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and client negotiation experience
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.

Job Responsibilities

Developing and owning all documentation capturing functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design required business solution
Develop and support short- and long-term product roadmap
Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
Conducting in-depth business analysis and gathering comprehensive business requirements.
Analyzing input and output data from the AI system, identifying patterns, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize system performance.
Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Identifying project risks and dependencies and developing mitigation strategies.

Must Have
Experience: +5 Years- performed as BA/PO
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
At least one AI powered product/solution implemented
Work closely with Customer to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
Provide backlog management, planning, refinement session
Take the lead and client facing role
Provide an active role in mitigating risks, cross team decencies

Would be a stong plus:
Experience in pre-sales/discovery
Experience in 3D modelling, omniverse.
Experience in business analysis for ML-based applications.

Would be a plus:
Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions in business contexts.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platforms
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
