Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive is expanding its team and is looking for a Requirements Engineer to join an advanced automotive project.

You will be part of a team developing innovative vehicle systems for global OEMs and suppliers, focusing on safety-critical and software-driven solutions. In this role, you will translate complex customer needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure their consistency and traceability across the full development lifecycle.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Test, Architecture) and contribute to high-quality automotive solutions aligned with industry standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.

必要条件

• Requirements Engineering: Proven ability to analyze, process, and transform complex customer needs into clear, concise system requirements.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role, specifically within the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of AUTOSAR, with emphasis on Diagnostics
• Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols – CAN/LIN/FlexRay, etc.
• Good knowledge of functional safety topics
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications for embedded automotive modules (including UML modeling).
  V-model efficiency
• Communication: English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level; must be confident in leading technical discussions and interacting with stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams (Dev, Test, Arch).
• Availability for an initial ~3-week knowledge transfer trip to China (with possible extension or repetition)

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Industry Standards: Basic understanding of ASPICE or ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) standards.
  Tooling: Experience with requirements management tools like CarWeaver, SystemWeaver and task management in Jira.

• Works closely with stakeholders to ensure traceability from needs to system implementation.
• Maintains requirement baseline, manages changes, and ensures compliance 
• Supports verification teams by clarifying acceptance criteria.
• Breaks down and clarifies functional and non-functional requirements for the software teams.
• Translate customer needs into clear, testable system and software requirements
• Ensure full traceability across the V-model lifecycle
• Manage requirements baseline, changes, and impact analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Test, Arch)
• Support diagnostics and communication requirements (CAN/LIN/FlexRay, AUTOSAR)
• Drive requirement quality, consistency, and process improvements
